This little watercolor rendering is of one of my favorite houses that we designed for Brad and Margie Zeitlin in Water Sound, Florida. This house does not contain ONE piece of sheetrock within it, so on the scale of being REAL this is off the charts. After seeing how much wood we were using I had a sprinkler system installed since we were basically creating a tinder box. This house is like an old but super comfy pair of jeans that make you feel good whenever your wear them, which is why it is one of my favorites. There are pictures of the finished work on our site if you want to see more of this house. http://www.dungan-nequette.com/arch-res-zeitlan.html There were many new encounters design wise all over this house and I have used the lessons learned from such a great experiment many, many times since then.
